En motfr\u00e5ga som skulle kunna st\u00e4llas till arbetsgivare \u00e4r d\u00e5 \u2013 Om ni uttryckligen m\u00e5ste fr\u00e5ga om s\u00f6kanden \u00e4r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsben\u00e4gen, flexibel och stresst\u00e5lig, hur meningsfullt \u00e4r d\u00e5 ert f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsarbete?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med tanke p\u00e5 hur olika myndigheter organiserar sina verksamheter kan man fr\u00e5ga sig hur f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsben\u00e4gna, flexibla och stresst\u00e5liga de \u00e4r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En person som jobbat full tid en m\u00e5nad kan av arbetsf\u00f6rmedlingen f\u00e5 en varning d\u00e5 hen inte skickat in n\u00e5gon jobbans\u00f6kan samma m\u00e5nad, ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att skicka ett grattis till jobbet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r en person vars arbetsgivare anpassat arbetsuppgifterna s\u00e5 de ska passa graden av arbetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga kan f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskassan neka sjukpenning p\u00e5 resterande genom att h\u00e4vda att underlagen inte \u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt tydliga, ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att inse att man har en utredningsskyldighet enligt lag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stressade socialsekreterare g\u00f6r l\u00e4ttare felbed\u00f6mningar vilket kan leda till mycket lidande.
